These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the koi800 platform, including the website, mobile application, and all services provided under the koi800.best domain. By accessing or using any part of the koi800 platform, you confirm that you have read and fully understood this Agreement.

Acceptance of koi800's Terms & Conditions occurs automatically through the act of registering a new account, making your first deposit, placing your first bet, or simply browsing koi800.best. Each of these actions constitutes your agreement to all terms contained in this document.

To register and use the koi800 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. koi800 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any account applicant at any time.

Basic Eligibility Requirements

• A human individual (not a corporate entity, automated bot, or syndicate account).
• Never previously banned or barred from using the koi800 platform.
• Not currently serving an active self-exclusion period on the koi800 platform.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of another person.

Koi800 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. This includes a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or other official documents. Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for regular members after approval.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent successful deposit, unless otherwise specified.

General Bonus Principles

• The Welcome Bonus may only be claimed once per new member.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the rollover requirements have been met.
• The minimum rollover requirement for each bonus is 1x (1 time) total deposit amount, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.
• The timeframe to meet rollover requirements is as specified in each promotion — typically between 7 and 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Koi800 reserves the right to void bonuses if there are signs of fraud or abuse of the bonus system.

5% Lottery Rebate

A 5% rebate on lottery ticket purchases at koi800 is credited automatically every day at 23:59. The rebate is calculated based on the total value of lottery tickets purchased that day. Lottery rebates carry no rollover requirement and can be used or withdrawn immediately.

EPL Football Cashback

A 10% EPL Sports Betting cashback of up to RM200 is calculated based on net losses from EPL bets within a weekly period (Monday to Sunday). It is credited every Monday before 12:00 noon. A 1x rollover requirement applies.

Game Results

• All casino game results are final once a full round of play has been completed.
• Random Number Generator (RNG) game outcomes cannot be altered or disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.
• For Sports Betting covering EPL football, Malaysia Super League, BWF badminton, and esports — bet outcomes are determined by the official results issued by the relevant sports governing body.
• In the event of a postponed, cancelled, or reformatted match, koi800 will return the bet to the member unless the bet has already been settled in accordance with the relevant market terms.

Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error or system disruption during a gaming session, koi800 will work to resolve the situation fairly for all parties involved. Winnings that clearly result from a technical error (such as incorrectly entered odds or display errors) are void and will not be paid out. koi800 reserves the right to cancel any bets or games affected by a technical error.

Koi800 is committed to providing a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. Behaviour that undermines the integrity of the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including account closure.

Prohibited Activities

• Fraud, game manipulation, or any form of exploitation of vulnerabilities in the koi800 system.
• Opening or operating more than one account (multi-accounting).
• Bonus system abuse includes creating fake accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Sharing account credentials or playing on behalf of another person.
• Any form of money laundering or financial criminal activity conducted through the koi800 platform.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at koi800 staff or other members.
• Chip dumping or any form of collusion in live table games.

Koi800 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account for reasonable cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious behaviour, or at the request of the relevant authorities.

Account Closure at Member's Request

You may close your koi800 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@koi800.best. Before the closure is processed, you will need to settle all active bets and withdraw any eligible fund balance. Any bonus credits that have not yet met the rollover requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Account Closure by koi800

• If your account is closed due to a violation of the Terms & Conditions, the original deposited balance (excluding bonuses) may be returned at koi800's discretion.
• If an account is closed due to fraud or illegal activity, all funds may be permanently forfeited.
• Koi800 will endeavour to notify you of the reason for your account closure via your registered email.

The koi800 platform is provided "as-is" and koi800 makes no guarantee that it will be entirely error-free, uninterrupted, or fully secure at all times. koi800 will make every effort to keep the platform running smoothly, but technical disruptions may occur.

Limitation of Liability

• Koi800 is not liable for any financial losses arising from a member's betting decisions.
• Koi800 is not responsible for internet service disruptions or third-party equipment failures that prevent access to the platform.
• Koi800 is not liable for unauthorised use of an account resulting from a member's own negligence in safeguarding their password.
• Koi800's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the total amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the dispute.

Koi800 takes its responsibility for members' wellbeing seriously. The koi800 platform is intended for entertainment and recreation only. We do not encourage members to play beyond their financial means.

Self-Control Tools Available

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limits: Set your own deposit limits based on what you can afford through your account settings.
